An Early Childhood Education And Care Service †Free Samples

Question: Discuss about the Early Childhood Education And Care Service. Answer: Research and Analyze Research question: How the practices used by teachers develop students performance directly by affecting the growth of the organization? For assessing the performance, culturally diverse clients and co workers and families should be involved (Wortham Hardin, 2015). Research mainly aims to evaluate the performance of teachers that helps grow students developments (Wortham Hardin, 2015). Time frame used this particular study is : 2015-2016 Research method used is interview technique which includes communication method(Bruce, Meggitt Grenier,2013). Resources needed for this study are journal articles, newspapers, blogs and reports (Bruce,2012). Research will be analyzed from the interview responses and the result that is obtained from the study on the same topic (Butts, Casper Yang, 2013). Research findings will be reported and analyzed in the form of summary of responses as well as linking with the data. Ethical consideration used to know the contents of professional codes and the limitation faced by such code is necessary to the considerate ethical and legal issues in school counseling. Detailed memorization of codes is not needed. Legal consideration issues that are related to professional practices in the community while ethical standards tend to be idealistic (Miller,2012) Implementation of Research Plan The research plan is implemented by conducting the interviews on the families, workers of the organization and stakeholders (Essa, 2012). Families chosen to participate in the interview method is selected randomly and this selection is used to obtain unbiased result. Now workers chosen to participate in the interview involves workers according to their working period, study mainly incorporates the data obtained from the employees who are working in the organization for a long period of time , interview not applicable to fresher employees of the organization (Wortham Hardin, 2015).The employees to be interviewed did not agree to disclose their identity. This is confirmed by addressing the ethical issues (Miller,2012). Finally the stakeholders are interviewed because their responses will give study an opportunity to reach accurate result. Thus the strength of the plan is, it followed interview method because it will provide an accurate result, while the weakness that is involved in th is study is it does not involve the opinion of the new workers because their responses if recorded might give another result that may help to reach more accurate result (James, Nelson Ashwill,2014).. This research plan thus addresses both the ethical issues and legal issues which makes the plan more robust to obtain the result of the research question. Analysis of research findings Implementation of research plan gives result which includes: Communication method is used in this particular study by following interview technique; this interview technique is used to obtain robust result. Interview mainly incorporates the questionnaire that is filled by obtaining the responses from the selected sample. The findings that is obtained from the study shows that following communication method network all the interviews are being conducted verbally and this verbal feedback has given constructive feedback this is because this feedback resulted a path that help to obtain the result of the research question. The pattern of the study suggests that different interview provides different result and this is mainly due to difference in opinion of the respondents who differ in their ideologies. Approximately fifty percent of families have responded against the performance of the teachers , while another fifty responded is in for of the teachers. Now the result obtained from the workers shows that their responds is in for of the teachers and finally the stakeholders responds recorded as a neutral one. Pattern shows that responses obtained from the respondents differ in ideologies. Families of the students mainly concerned about the development of the students and this development is on the hand of the teachers. Thus the result from their end shows both unbiased and biased result. However, result from the workers obtained is a biased one this is because they are responding on the performance of their colleagues and it is quite desirable that they will not disclose the problems that is created by their colleague; finally the result from the stakeholders shows a neutral result because they mainly focuses on the growth of the organization and the performance of teachers does not matter them, and this focus is on the growth as it will help them to get positive return on their investment undertaken. The result obtained from the study is a reliable one because it gives result that is found in other studies conducted on the same topic, now the respondents who are considered is reliable in nature because families are considered as the core element behind assessing the performance of the teachers since their childrens future impact the welfare of the students. Now the workers are considered reliable since the study recorded response from the employees who have experience because they give clear idea about the functions that take place within the organization and they are more knowledgeable about the activities of the colleagues. Finally the stakeholders who generally concerned about the growth of the organization are considered because their responds are important to assess the growth of the organization more clearly. Now from the valid point of view the study shows genuine results because it highlights the problems that are faced by the organization over the years and the main sufferers are the students.
